Catherine holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts degree from Fordham University in Bronx, New York. She went on to receive a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York, where she learned about systems thinking and how to view landscapes in a holistic way.
Catherine has worked on projects ranging from a large planning scale to small urban interventions. Her interests in landscape architecture include material reuse, green infrastructure, and regenerative planting design. She draws from site specificity and history to create spaces which speak to the soul, while also providing ecologically viable habitat and responsible management of local resources. She is inspired by the opportunity to apply these concepts to residential landscape projects and create a network of beautiful and sustainable greenspaces in doing so.
