Giulia hails from the picturesque region of Tuscany and spent most of her formative years in the company of her architect father, who instilled in her a deep appreciation for the design process. Her childhood was spent exploring various sites with her father, which further fueled her interest in this field. Giulia commenced her academic journey at the University of Pisa, where she pursued her studies in Landscape Management. However, her passion for design led her to move to London in 2012 to further hone her skills and pursue her dreams.
In 2015, she successfully completed her Diploma in Garden Design at KLC School of Design, situated in London. During that year, she also volunteered at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show, where she had the opportunity to meet the directors of del Buono Gazerwitz. This encounter led to an exciting opportunity as she soon found herself working at dBG for the next few years, where she primarily focused on designing and developing gardens in the UK and Italy.
Giulia had the privilege of working with Arne Maynard Garden Design in 2019. During her tenure, she was involved in numerous international projects and gained extensive experience in managing the design and construction of gardens that varied in size and scope. According to her, gardens serve as an extension of one's home and provide a perfect connection between indoor space and one's soul, thus emphasizing the importance of maintaining a strong relationship with nature.
