  • We were honored when an esteemed friend and interior designer asked us to design her private getaway home. This property has beautiful light, especially since it’s on the waterway and faces south. This modern house was designed with 11-foot ceilings and lots of glass and needed to be very connected to the outdoors. The exterior was treated as a seamless extension of the whole. On the front side there is a garden and fountains and on the other, the pool and the water. You get this breezy quality with everything revolving around the water. Elegant forms of clipped hedges and tall palm trees created the simplistic compliment to the architecture and the waterfront views.
